APPOINTMENT POLICY

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth and timely service.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the full service, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled out of consideration for the next client.
• To ensure the best results, please arrive without eye makeup or mascara. This allows us to begin your service without delay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• We respectfully request at least 24 business hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
• Cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 business hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service (equal to the deposit).
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

LASH FILLS POLICY

• Lash fill appointments also require 24 business hours’ notice for cancellation or reschedule. The same cancellation or reschedule and no-show fees apply.
• If more than 50% of your lash extensions are detached or grown out, a new full set will be required.
• 2 Week Fills: Must have at least 70% of your lashes remaining from the initial set.
• 3 Week Fills: Must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining.
• After 4 weeks, a new full set will be needed, regardless of retention. Lash maintenance is essential every 2–3 weeks to keep them healthy and beautiful.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

• As a courtesy, we will send an email reminder before your appointment.
• However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, or cancellation fees.
